One of the recognized Volcanic Ash Advisory Centers responsible to provide reports and forecasts for the movement of volcanic ash plumes within their area of responsibility is the UK MetOffice. RHMSS and the SEE Virtual Climate Change Center (SEEVCCC) hosted by RHMSS issues experimental volcanic ash forecasts based on calculations with its numerical aerosol transport model DREAM.

May 2011, the Grimsvotn volcano ash transport over Europe  produced with the DREAM model.

May 2010, the Eyjafjallajökull volcano ash transport over Europe  produced with the DREAM model.
